3. Teamwork

A new product or service launch (or relaunch) is the ideal opportunity to bring different departments together, get them all working towards that common company objective. Part of that process is individual responsibilities they have to help achieve success. Part is communicating the common corporate vision. In that sense marketing has a company leadership role. Failing in that role will see interdepartmental rivalries creating failure.

In your marketing planning include that as an objective and use that as fuel to achieve those uncommon results.
